Jiu Jitsu FLO is a movement-based training system built around Jiu Jitsu and grappling techniques. It’s designed to improve mobility, coordination, technique, and confidence—so you can move more fluidly and perform your best.

Use these sessions as a warm-up or cool-down to offset the physical stress of live training. You won’t need a partner, and equipment is optional. Whether you’re injured, short on time, or just looking to do more outside of class, Jiu Jitsu FLO helps you keep progressing anytime, anywhere.
